Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines how you can change or cancel purchases made through our store. As a UK-based digital retailer, we comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please read carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

Digital Products

All products sold through our store, ebooks, audiobooks, and digital events, are classified as digital content. Once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, your right to cancel may no longer apply. By completing your purchase, you consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that this waives your statutory 14-day cancellation right.

Subscriptions

Some of our digital products may be offered as subscriptions (e.g. ebook subscriptions). When you purchase a subscription:

  • You’ll receive digital content at the frequency and duration you select.
  • Your payment details will be stored securely and charged per billing cycle, unless you choose to pay in advance.
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew. You’ll be notified in advance and can cancel at any time before the renewal date.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

Please note: Once digital content has been delivered as part of your subscription, it cannot be refunded unless it is faulty or not as described.


Pre-orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve digital content before it becomes available. When placing a pre-order:

  • We may collect full or partial payment upfront, or store your payment method and charge you when the content is released.
  • You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the digital content is delivered and receive a full refund.
  • Once the digital content has been delivered or made available for download, your cancellation rights may no longer apply.

If you believe the content is faulty or not as described, please contact us for support.


Try Before You Buy

From time to time, we may offer digital content on a “try before you buy” basis. In such cases:

  • We will authorise your payment method at checkout but will not charge you immediately.
  • You will have a specified trial period (e.g. 7 days) to access the content and decide whether to keep it.
  • If you do not cancel within the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically.

Please note: Accessing or downloading the full content during the trial may be considered acceptance, and your cancellation rights may be affected.
