After you purchase a gift card, the recipient receives an email with their digital gift card and unique code. They can redeem this code at checkout on our online store, and any purchase with it will appear in The Grey Hill App when they log in with the same email they used at checkout.
How is the gift card delivered?
Gift cards are delivered by email. The recipient will receive a message containing their unique gift card code and a link to our store so they can start browsing right away.
Can I choose the amount of the gift card?
Yes. You can select the amount you’d like to gift from the available options on this page. The balance can be used across one or more purchases until the full value is redeemed.
Does the gift card expire?
No. The Grey Hill Gift Card does not expire, so your recipient can take their time choosing the stories they want to experience.
Can the gift card be used on any item?
Yes. Gift cards can be used on any eligible digital audio download, ebook or event.
Will the download appear automatically in The Grey Hill App?
Once the recipient has redeemed their gift card and completed a purchase on our store, their download will appear in The Grey Hill App when they log in with the same email address used at checkout.
Can I send the gift card directly to the recipient?
Yes. You can enter the recipient’s email address at checkout so the gift card is sent straight to them. Alternatively, you can send it to your own email and forward it or print it out to give in person.
