About the Ebook
Eighth Moon Bridge begins with a rumour — a man who may have returned from Spain with gold, or perhaps with nothing but rags and the uncanny ability to turn stone into treasure. As Jack crosses the bridge to The Island, his world shifts: the air becomes mint and sea-salt, the land becomes hawthorn and pine, and Sally becomes the centre of everything.
Moving back and forth across the bridge, Jack begins to unlock memories, secrets and long-buried connections within his own family and across the island community. Who was Olghair MacKenzie? What did he bring back? And what truths lie beneath the stories passed down through generations?
This is a quiet adventure — a novel of connection and separation, of mystery and inheritance, of the ways we carry our past and the choices that shape our lives. Rich with folklore, island culture and emotional depth, Eighth Moon Bridge is a beautifully crafted story that lingers long after the final page.
